Patrick Mahomes wasn’t the only one to get injured during Thursday night’s Chiefs-Broncos game.
Broncos and former Arizona Wildcats safety Will Parks suffered a broken hand in the 30-6 defeat and will need surgery, according to Ryan O’Halloran of the Denver Post.
It is unclear how long Parks will be sidelined, but he said on Twitter that he will “be back sooner than you think.”
Parks, 25, has 17 tackles and a pass deflection this season. He has mostly been a reserve, though has made two starts.
