It was a years of surprises in Tucson this season. Beyond the Wildcats finishing with a surprising 7-5 (5-4) record, and Foster Farms Bowl berth, there was also the emergence of Khalil Tate. However, many cannot overlook the stellar play of freshmen Colin Schooler and Tony Fields II.
From an outsiders perspective, it was another tough year for the Arizona defense. The unit was ranked 116th overall, but one of the few positive takeaways this season, is that the Wildcats have a lot of young talent returning next year!
