Cate Reese scored 17 points and Aari McDonald had 14 in her penultimate game in McKale Center as No. 9 Arizona held off Washington State 60-51 on Friday for its fourth straight win.
It was revenge for Arizona, whose last loss came at the hands of the Cougars on Jan. 10 in Pullman. The Wildcats are now 13-2 overall and 11-2 in the Pac-12, the first time in program history that they have won 11 of their first 13 conference games. They remain tied in the first place in the loss column with Stanford.
