Arizona Wildcats point guard Aari McDonald was named an Associated Press Honorable Mention All-American on Monday.
She is the first Wildcat since Davellyn Whyte in 2012 to be named an All-American and is one of six All-Americans from the Pac-12.
The redshirt sophomore has been sensational in her first season with the Wildcats. Here are some of her accomplishments, courtesy of Arizona Athletics:
- Owns the Arizona single-season scoring record (852).
- Is fourth on the Pac-12 single-season scoring list.
- Has scored more points than any sophomore in conference history.
