Arizona entered Sunday night’s game to start 4-0 for the sixth consecutive season under Coach Sean Miller. The Cats hold onto the nation’s longest active home game winning streak of 42 games, third best in UA history.
According to Arizona Athletics, “UA’s top two streaks make it the only program in the nation with multiple home winning streaks in the top ten in all-time NCAA history. Included in the Wildcats’ 41-game home winning streak is a 27-game non-conference home winning streak, the nation’s sixth-longest.”
Ryan Anderson sat out tonight’s game due to an ankle injury from the Boise State game, and Coach Miller gave Allonzo Trier his first start.
