The Arizona Wildcats basketball program and Wildcats fans have been on pins and needles waiting to find out about the seriousness of Kaleb Tarczewski‘s ankle injury.
Arizona took third place in the DirecTV Wooden Legacy tournament this past weekend. The Wildcats lost to the Providence Friars in game No. 2 by four points 69-65, part of the reason is that they also lost a key player in Tarczewski who went down grabbing his ankle in pain during the second half of game No. 1 against Santa Clara on Thanksgiving day.
What wasn’t known at the time was the severity of Tarczewski’s injury.
