SAN FRANCISCO – Last March didn't seem quite the same. When the NCAA Tournament field was announced, the Arizona Wildcats were left home. Not only did they not make that field, they didn't play in the NIT either.
The Wildcats (17-15, 8-10) settled for 10th place in the Pac-12, finishing ahead of just Washington State and Cal.
The consolation was that all knew what was around the corner – one of the nation's top recruiting classes. So it is looking like Sean Miller's team will again be a leading contender for a Pac-12 title.
