The last time the Arizona Wildcats played a college basketball game that counted, they were run off the court in Boise by Buffalo in the first round of the NCAA tournament. Yeah, we know, #toosoon.
But now the ‘Cats have a chance to start fresh, with the 2018-19 season upon us. Regular season play began for dozens of teams on Tuesday, but Arizona’s opener is on tap for Wednesday, Nov. 7 against the Houston Baptist Huskies.
This is the first of three consecutive home games for Arizona before it heads to Hawaii for the Maui Invitational.
