The University of Arizona continued its dominance in the Pac-12 Woman of the Year competition when swimmer Margo Geer won the award Tuesday.
Geer is the sixth UA athlete to win in the 10-year history of the award.
UA swimmers Whitney Myers (2007), Lacey Nymeyer (2009), Justine Schluntz (2010) and Annie Chandler (2011) have also won the award, as did Wildcat track and field athlete Brigetta Barrett (2013).
Geer won three national championships as a Wildcat and was a 27-time All-American. She graduated this spring with a degree in business management.
