“Early in the season, you can get in a Kumbaya state of like, ‘hey, we’re training hard, we’re playing well. I think it’s important to know that just because we’re training hard, it doesn’t mean we’re going to win on Thursday,” he said. “And I think we may have lost sight of that last year. And we’re going to make sure that doesn’t happen this year.
