At some point after he signed his National Letter of Intent in November, Terry Armstrong unpinned the tweet in which he announced his commitment to the Arizona Wildcats.
That, plus the fact Arizona added two transfers and Sean Miller‘s name was repeatedly thrown around during the federal college basketball corruption trial, fueled some speculation that the 6-foot-6 Armstrong would not be joining the Wildcats as originally planned.
So much for that. Armstrong, seemingly aware of the noise, took to Twitter on Thursday to make a statement.
“I never left,” he said, along with the bear down emojis and a picture of him wearing an Arizona uniform.
