After splitting the Pac-12 Conference regular season championship the Arizona Wildcats and Oregon Ducks get to determine the true champion of the conference in tonight’s title game. After one half of play, both teams are delivering the close game most expected and Arizona holds a 35-39 lead. Allonzo Trier’s 10 points and five rebounds lead the Wildcats.
The Wildcats’ Keanu Pinder made his first career start in a surprise move by Arizona head coach Sean Miller. Pinder had been giving Arizona good minutes off the bench during the weekend, but the idea to start him backfired quickly. The junior picked up three fouls in the first five minutes and turned it over twice.
