A little over a week into the job, new Arizona Wildcats coach Jedd Fisch has made his first scholarship offer. And as he indicated shortly after getting hired, he plans to be active in the transfer market.
The UA has offered running back Drake Anderson, who recently entered the NCAA transfer portal after leading Northwestern in rushing during the 2020 season.
The 5-foot-11, 180-pound Anderson ran for 256 yards and two touchdowns in seven games with the Wildcats as a redshirt sophomore, but he did not play in the Big Ten championship game that Northwestern lost 22-10 to Ohio State.
