According to NCAA president Mark Emmert, that is the Arizona Wildcats’ decision, per a tweet from CBS Sports’ Tracy Wolfson.
Mark Emmert on Arizona’s Miller and Ayton’s availability for tonight. Said it’s the school’s decision. Said they’ve been in contact wth all schools listed in the report.

An ESPN report Friday said FBI wiretaps have Miller discussing a $100,000 payment to secure the signing of Ayton.
If true, that is obviously a major NCAA violation, and most believe it will spell the end of the Miller Era in Tucson.
