There has been a lot of history this season for the Arizona Wildcats and that continued on Sunday afternoon.
Aari McDonald scored 22 points and Dominique McBryde added a season-high 19 as No. 12 Arizona won 65-58 at No. 9 Oregon State for its first-ever road win over a Top 10 team.
The Wildcats (19-4, 8-4) Pac-12 avenged a last-second 63-61 home loss to the Beavers (19-5, 7-4) in January and snapped a 12-game losing streak against OSU, winning in Corvallis for the first time since 2012.
Cate Reese’s two free throws with 2:56 left in OT gave Arizona the lead for good at 58-56, Sam Thomas’ 3-pointer with 1:16 to go making it a two-possession edge at 61-56.
