The New England Patriots beat the favored Los Angeles Rams 13-3 in the Superbowl this year to become, once again, the NFL Champions. But they did something even more impressive this weekend, as they signed Arizona Football star Scooby Wright to a contract for the upcoming season.
Scooby always stays busy, and after a stint in the now defunct Alliance of American Football league, he was most recently working on finishing his University of Arizona degree.
On Sunday, the Patriots replaced one former Wildcat, by signing Scooby after they assigned injury designations to receiver Maurice Harris and defensive lineman Keionta Davis, as well as putting linebacker Brandon King on injured reserve after tearing a quadriceps.
