It was a perfect evening for a ‘White Out’ in the Old Southwest, and who knew the Arizona Football team was going to channel a bit of the Wildcats of old, by using a powerful run game, and a stifling defense… yes you heard that right, STIFLING defense.
In a game that not many had thought the Wildcats would win coming in, the Wildcats showed up in major way, proving a lot of their doubters, including myself, wrong in their 28-14 win over Texas Tech!
However, it didn’t start all that great. From the beginning, the Arizona offense looked stagnant, taking a whole quarter before they finally found any sort of rhythm, where Khalil Tate was able to find Stanley Berryhill III on a 12-yard pass to make it 7-7.
