The Arizona Wildcats held put at No. 14 in the Associated Press poll Sunday.
Arizona didn’t stand to gain much in the rankings during conference championship weekend as the teams ranked directly ahead of the Wildcats were also off.
Arizona did gain votes this week, however. The UA got 740 votes compared to 712 a week ago. One reason Arizona may have gained votes is that Louisville lost its ACC championship game to Florida State, dropping the Cardinals from No. 15 to No. 16 in the rankings.
Arizona’s No. 14 ranking is its highest since the 2014 season.
