The absence of Anu Solomon and Arizona’s inability to contain big plays in the first half, sunk the Cats in the 89th Territorial Cup.
The Cats did make it interesting in the fourth quarter.
Trailing 38-30, Arizona had the momentum and the ball late in the game.
Two Brandon Dawkins pick sixes later, the game was out of reach, and the Territorial Cup ended it’s one year stay in Tucson.
Dawkins was called upon when Jerrard Randall was ineffective in the first half.
Dawkins finished with 305 yards passing and two touchdowns.
