A Tucson kid brings Arizona to the next level
The end of Jared Tevis' career was not exactly how anyone drew it up. Watching him leave in the first half of the Fiesta Bowl with an elbow injury was an unfortunate sight to say the least.
But thanks to this hometown kid, Arizona found itself in the Fiesta Bowl in the first place.
After playing high school ball at Canyon Del Oro in Oro Valley, Tevis walked on to the Arizona Wildcats team in 2010. He redshirted his first year out of high school, and played almost exclusively on special teams in 2011.
