Arizona basketball: Tarczewski out for Providence game

Arizona center Kaleb Tarczewski is not playing in the Wildcats' game with Providence tonight because of a sprained left ankle he worsened Thursday against Santa Clara.

UA coach Sean Miller started sophomore Dusan Ristic in his place, and started Elliott Pitts at small forward.

The No. 11 Wildcats (5-0) are taking on Providence (5-0) in the semifinals of the DirecTV Wooden Legacy tournament. The game began at 9:30 p.m., and will be broadcast on ESPN2, 1290-AM and 107.5-FM.
