Arizona baseball will commemorate the passing of Hall of Fame coach Jerry Kindall with jersey patches and helmet stickers throughout the 2018 season.
Kindall, who passed away in December at the age of 82, coached the Arizona baseball program for 24 seasons, winning three national championships.
”Arizona Baseball is a special program because of Coach Kindall,” UA head coach Jay Johnson told Arizona Athletics. “Not only is coach one of the elite coaches in the history of college baseball, he was a Hall of Fame person, and set the bar in terms of class, character and integrity.
