It’s another rough selection day in the ‘Old Pueblo’, as the Arizona Baseball will once again be staying home this NCAA Postseason.
After starting the year 13-7, a seven-game losing streak would then be shortly followed by the Cats losing nine of 11 games when they fell 15-13 to New Mexico State and dropping to 19-23 on the year.
Looking dead in the water at that point, the unthinkable would happen! Arizona would then win 13 of their next 14 games to finish the year strong, with a 32-24 record overall and a 15-14 record in the Pac-12 Conference.
