University of Arizona assistant coach Emanuel "Book" Richardson has been indicted by a federal grand jury on multiple criminal charges, including conspiracy to commit bribery and wire fraud.
The indictment comes after an FBI investigation that resulted in the arrests of 10 people in late September, including four assistant men's basketball coaches at Division I schools.
Richardson's attorney, Craig Mordock, said there is a real question whether there is even an NCAA violation in Richardson's case, let alone whether the alleged acts constitute a crime.
