The Los Angeles Lakers are already chock full of Arizona Wildcats and maybe they’ll add one more this offseason.
UA guard Allonzo Trier is set to work out with L.A. on Wednesday, the Lakers announced on Twitter.
Trier will be one of six players participating in the workout. The other five are USC’s Chimezie Metu, Texas A&M’s DJ Hogg, SMU’s Shake Milton, Nevada’s, Cody Martin, and Iowa State’s Lindell Wigginton.
Arizona faced Metu, Hogg, and Milton this past season.
Trier is widely projected to be a late second-round pick or an undrafted free agent, so workouts like these will give him a chance to boost his stock before the draft on June 21.
