Allonzo Trier is projected to go undrafted in nearly every mock draft, so he could greatly benefit from a strong showing at the NBA Draft Combine.
His first day at the event could have gone better.
The former Arizona Wildcats guard had six points, four rebounds, one assist, and five turnovers in his first scrimmage. He shot 2-of-5 from the field, though he was 2-of-4 from 3.
According to Bruce Pascoe of the Arizona Daily Star, Trier said it was “tough to get a feel” for the game since he was playing on a hastily assembled team.
