Alyssa Denham saw this version of Aleah Craighton all last season. Now the Arizona Wildcats are getting to see it, too.
Craighton doubled and homered for the second time in as many games, leading the 10th-ranked Wildcats to a 6-2 win over Oregon State.
“Aleah’s looking like the player she was all season last year,” said Denham, who was teammates with Craighton at Louisiana-Lafayette.
“She’s a tough out every time she comes up to bat. She’ll go deep in the count. She’s not going to help you as a pitcher. She’s really on.”
