As a few thousand Arizona Wildcats fans filed into Arizona Stadium on Saturday afternoon to get a glimpse at the team’s present, a potential piece of its future was making a life-changing decision.
Khary Crump, a 3-star cornerback from Culver City, Calif., committed to Arizona while in town for the Wildcats’ spring game. His tweet confirming the pledge was sent out from the east side of the stadium:
The 5-foot-10.5 Crump is rated by 247Sports as the No. 1,499 player in the 2020 recruiting class as well as the 125th-best cornerback and the No. 180 prospect from talent-rich California.
