TEMPE – Sun Devil Women's Tennis (3-2, 0-0 Big 12) started the month of February on a strong note with a 4-2 home win against No. 15 Pepperdine (1-3, 0-0 WCC). The first victory over Pepperdine since 2013 and the first ranked win for head coach Jamea Jackson.
The pairs of Sara Svetac and Karin Altori and Emilija Tverijonaite and Aiya Nupbay helped ASU notch the doubles point and stay undefeated in doubles this season.
Patricija Spaka, Karsyn Evans and Sara Svetac all won in straight sets to secure the victory for the Sun Devils.
