TEMPE, Ariz. -- Arizona State junior defensive end, JoJo Wicker, was listed as one of 34 players nationally on the 2017 Ted Hendricks Award Watch List announced by the Ted Hendricks Foundation this weekend.
Wicker, a Long Beach Calif., native, recorded 39 tackles in his sophomore campaign, including 11 tackles for loss, en route to also being tabbed to the 2017 Bronko Nagurski watch list.
Wicker will look to join Terrell Suggs (2002) as the second Sun Devil to win the prestigious award.
The Ted Hendricks Award is named in honor of college football's first three-time first-team All-American.
