WBB Starts Road Trip with Loss at Kansas

LAWRENCE, Kan. – A 33-percent shooting performance and 20 turnovers that led to 20 points for the opposition were the principal culprits in the Sun Devil women's basketball team's 75-52 loss at Kansas on Thursday night.

Tyi Skinner scored 18 points and hit a game-high four 3-pointers to lead the Sun Devils (8-10, 2-4 Big 12), who fought back from a 21-point deficit in the first half to close within nine points late in the third quarter.

Jyah LoVett (10 points), Makayla Moore (season-high nine points) and Jalyn Brown (seven points) combined with Skinner to score 44 of ASU's 52 points.
