Oregon’s football team got a much needed victory Thursday night. The Ducks beat Arizona State in triple overtime, 61-55, to improve to 5-3 on the season.
Vernon Adams was sensational under center, throwing for 315 yards and four touchdowns, including the game-tying and game-winning scores.
He was feeling pretty good after the game. Adams had some fun with Sun Devils’ hecklers as he ran into the tunnel following the OT win.
Oregon next faces Cal. The Ducks are two games behind Stanford in the Pac-12 North race.
