AUSTIN – Graduate setter Argentina Ung earned CSC Academic All-America Third Team honors, a first for Sun Devil Volleyball since 2022 and 11th nod in team history.
There have been just two from Arizona State to be an AVCA All-American and academic All-American in the same year, the other being Amanda Burbridge in 2000. Ung earned AVCA Third Team All-America honors this season. The last academic All-American for ASU was Iman Isanovic, who earned the honor in both 2021 and 2022. Ung is also the first academic All-American for Arizona State this academic year.
