COLLEGE STATION / AUSTIN, Texas - The Arizona State swimming program earned some top finishes against some of the top-ranked schools in the country at the Art Adamson Invitational on Friday evening.
Sophomore Patrick Park -- who already finished in third place in the men's 50-yard freestyle on Thursday -- picked up another third place finish in the men's 100-yard butterfly in the men's championship finals. His time of 47.33 was not only good for third in the meet, but good for third all-time in ASU history. It also earned him a "B Standard" qualifying time.
Senior Kyle Sockwell -- while qualifying for the consolation final in the men's 400 IM -- turned in a time of 3:53.
