The Arizona State men's basketball team fell at Colorado 77-73 late Wednesday. The Sun Devils (16-8; 7-5 Pac-12) defeated the Buffaloes (15-9; 6-6 Pac-12) in Tempe on Jan. 5, splitting the season series.
McKinley Wright and Tyler Bey dominated in the second half, executing on offense each time the Sun Devils attempted to take control of the game. hit momentum changing shots for ASU, scoring on back-to-back triples that answered two three-point baskets from CU.
Lawrence scored all nine of his points from beyond the arc on three-of-three shooting. Wright scored 16 of his season-high 24 in the second half, and Bey scored 22 with a career-high 17 rebounds.
