TEMPE, Ariz. - The Arizona State beach volleyball team dropped both matches on the first day of the ASU Invitational, falling 4-1 to No. 2 USC and 5-0 to No. 6 Hawai'i on Friday at PERA Club.
After winning eight of the last night, the Sun Devils fall to 10-6 (1-4 Pac-12) on the season. The first match was against Pac-12 foe USC. Ellyson Lundberg and Katie Cross won the lone match of the day in that match, taking it in three.
