CORVALLIS, Ore. – Despite trailing by as many as 17 in the second half, Arizona State (8-18, 1-16 Pac-12) willed its way to a 65-63 victory over Oregon State (11-17, 3-14 Pac-12).
It's the Sun Devils first conference win of the season. They snapped a 16-game losing streak dating back to Dec. 29, 2022. Arizona State Women's Basketball head coach Natasha Adair her 175th career win in the victory.
Arizona State warmed up Gill Coliseum, starting the game 4-of-7 from the field behind Kayla Moukwah's six points in the opening quarter. Oregon State answered back with a strong run of their own, shooting 9-of-14 from the field, taking a six-point lead into the second quarter.
