The two-year veteran cornerback (played at ASU from 2009-12) joined the practice squad on Monday after being cut waived/injured by the Indianapolis Colts during the preseason.

Carr will join collegiate teammates Rashad Ross and Shawn Luavao to become the team's third Sun Devil alum. Should he be placed on the active roster, Washington would possess the most active former Sun Devils of any team in the league (currently tied with the Denver Broncos - 2).
