OJAI, Calif. – An incredible run for the No. 5/20 Sun Devil Women's Tennis team this week in Ojai came to a close on Saturday, as they fell in the final of the Pac-12 Championships, 4-2, to No. 3/18 Stanford.
Wins over No. 4 USC and No. 1 Cal the previous two days propelled the Sun Devils to the championship, becoming the lowest seed in tournament history to reach the final.
For the third consecutive day, the Sun Devils were forced to dig their way out of an early hole after dropping the doubles point.
