TEMPE – Sun Devil Men's Tennis suffered another setback Sunday afternoon with the 4-3 loss to San Diego at Whiteman Tennis Center. ASU initially dropped the doubles point and looked set to make a comeback, but it wasn't meant to be. ASU's next match is a road contest against Pepperdine Friday in Malibu, Calif.
"I thought the team's performance was good," head coach said. "San Diego has really good doubles and we knew that point was going to be super tough. I thought we competed super well. Singles one and two had a bunch of chances, we had six break points in the last two service games and we did not get any of them.
