TEMPE, Ariz. – As announced by the NCAA Wednesday, Arizona State University once again recorded the department's highest four-year Academic Progress Rate (APR) average of 992 over a four-year period (2013-14 to 2016-17). ASU's score is second in the Pac-12 only to Stanford.
ASU's single year overall APR score for 2016-17 is 988.
"I'm extremely proud of the continuous upward improvement and all-time high of our multi-year APR score as an athletics department," said Vice President for University Athletics Ray Anderson. "We continue to improve academically because of the hard work led by our Office of Student-Athlete Development as well as by our coaches, staff, faculty, and sport administrators.
