TEMPE – Sun Devil Softball returned from its Florida road trip to defeat UNLV 4-1 on Tuesday evening at Farrington Stadium.
Arizona State got things started in the first inning when sacrifice fly scored . added on with an RBI single in the third, and RBI double in the fourth made it 3-0.
UNLV got on the board in the sixth, but drove in to wrestle back the three-run advantage in the bottom of the inning.
