TEMPE – Sun Devil Softball Head Coach Megan Bartlett announced the addition of outfielder Tanya Windle on Tuesday. Windle will join the Maroon & Gold as a transfer from Utah Tech, where she just completed her freshman season.
"We are thrilled to welcome Tanya into the Sun Devil family," Bartlett said. "What a happy homecoming. We're excited to watch her career unfold in front of her family and friends."
A native of Peoria, Ariz., where she attended Cactus High School, Windle was the WAC Freshman of the Year and an All-WAC First Team selection this past season.
