TALLINN, Estonia – Arizona State University incoming freshman Cohlton Schultz finished off the Junior World Championships by earning the silver-medal at 130kg/286 pounds, Saturday at the Tondiraba Ice Hall in Tallinn, Estonia.
The Sun Devil proved to be dominant all tournament long, earning his third medal in three years at the Greco-Roman World Championships. Schultz was relentless in his attack, outscoring his opponents 25-4 on his way to a runner-up finish.
Schultz ended the Junior Worlds with a matchup against Aliakbar Hossein Yousofiahmadchali of Iran, a 2018 U23 World bronze medalist and winner of the 2019 Asian Junior Championships.
