Cairo Leonard-Baker prepared for her final floor routine at home. The pressure was on. Arizona State needed its senior to have a typical Cario Leonard-Baker performance to surpass Arizona on Saturday, and she nailed it. A 9.900 finale on floor pushed Arizona State to a 196.100-196.075 win over Arizona.
Coming into the floor event, the Sun Devils trailed by a .325 margin needing a huge floor result. The Sun Devils did just that after a 49.400 score. Hannah Scharf’s 9.925 number earned her the floor title. She also won another all-around title. Jada Mangahas matched Leonard-Baker’s 9.
