Santa Cruz, Calif. – The No. 7 Arizona State men’s golf team closed play at the 70th annual Western Intercollegiate, hosted at the par hosted at the par-70, 6616-yard Pasatiempo Golf Club in eighth Wednesday afternoon. Carding a cumulative 54-hole 26-over 1076 (357-351-368) the Sun Devils for the first time over the course of the 2015-16 season finished outside of the top-5 in an event.
Led by individual medalist Maverick McNealy (-16) Stanford took home team honors finishing at 9-under.
Pacing the Maroon and Gold, senior Max Rottluff postied a three-day 2-under 208 to place in fourth.
