Earlier this season, an incident caught the attention of the college football world and made people either laugh or … well, laugh harder. A councilman in Tempe, Arizona was caught off guard by Sparky, the mascot for the Arizona State Sun Devils:

As it turns out, that city councilman had recently been hospitalized for four days while recovering from back surgery. Now, Dave Schapira is looking to get money from the school to help pay his bills after the incident:
