Washington was a heavy favorite to win the Pac-12 in a preseason media poll and gets that chance Friday by virtue of clinching the North division title last week. The Huskies finish atop our final power rankings after a week in which the only changes were among the top four. Seven Pac-12 teams will play in bowl games starting Dec. 15 (Las Vegas) and continuing through Jan. 1 (Rose).
