The Pac-12 took steps since last season to insure more transparency when it comes to errors in officiating. Well, that has happened with the conference coming out and acknowledging an error a day after it happened.
That error came at the end of Arizona State's 10-7 dramatic victory over No. 18/19 Michigan State at Spartan Stadium.
The mistake came with 11 seconds remaining in the contest and the Spartans with the ball on Arizona State’s 24. Michigan State's Matt Coghlin attempted a field goal that was good, but nullified due to a penalty for having 12 players on the field.
