TEMPE – The ninth-ranked Arizona State University water polo team will open up the 2016 MPSF Conference slate at Saturday, March 5 against No. 1 USC at the Mona Plummer Aquatic Center in Tempe, Ariz., at 1 p.m. MT. The Sun Devils enter the contest on a three-game winning streak and are 7-3 this season with one of those losses coming in a tough 6-3 decision against the Trojans at the Triton Invitational a couple weekends ago.
SCOUTING THE OPPOSITION
The 2016 Trojans have taken on all comers this season and been successful at doing so, posting an 11-0 record with tournament victories at both the Triton Invitational and the UCI Invitational this past weekend.
